Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Dialysis Unit on a full-time day shift (7 am–7 pm). This position offers a sign-on bonus and supports an interdisciplinary care model focused on high-quality, compassionate patient care.

The RN will perform nursing processes, provide patient-centered care, and participate in teamwork, documentation, and ongoing professional development within Wellstar’s governance framework.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Delivers patient-centered care with attention to age, gender, disease, and cultural needs.
• Collaborates with the care team through rounds, documentation, and patient teaching.
• Supports performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
