Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Georgia seeks an RN for the Medical Dialysis Unit on a full-time day shift (7 am–7 pm). The RN provides patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, applying evidence-based practice to improve outcomes.

Formación

• Associate degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license (Georgia or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice to provide individualized care.
• Coordinates safe, high-quality patient care and thorough documentation.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support patient and family goals.
