Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our nonprofit patient-care team in-center hemodialysis. You will work in a supportive setting with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio and receive paid training.

The role features three 12-hour shifts starting at 4am, Sundays off, and a compensation range of $30.00–$42.77 per hour based on experience. Comprehensive benefits, PTO, and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
• Demonstrated clinical excellence in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per policies.
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Administer and chart prescribed medications.
• Follow infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
• Document patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Lead a small patient-care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff as directed.
