Encompass Health in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver expert dialysis care, monitor patients, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

This role offers access to advanced dialysis technology, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth. RN licensure, CPR, ACLS required; 6 months dialysis experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (can assist in obtaining).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients to aid in recovery across physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care.

Be the Kind of Hemodialysis Nurse You Want to Be - All in One Location

Your Role Involves

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensures as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can help you to obtain it!)
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.
