Encompass Health in Plano, TX is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver direct patient care for dialysis inpatients, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (assistance to obtain provided).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care.

Your Role Involves

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis. Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
