Job summary

Encompass Health in Las Vegas is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide direct care to dialysis patients, monitor treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes and quality of life.

This role emphasizes compassionate, tailored care, ongoing education, and professional growth through access to advanced technology and a supportive environment, with opportunities across 150 nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (assistance to obtain available).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, equipment, and standards of care.

Your Role Involves

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
