Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) seeks an experienced dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee dialysis and patient care at our Everett clinic. The RN educates patients, supervises Dialysis Technicians, adjusts treatment plans per standing orders, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes.

Our schedule offers Sundays off for work-life balance with multi-day shifts; prior dialysis or acute/ambulatory nursing experience is preferred.

Formación

• Registered Nurse licensed in WA with CPR/BLS.
• Dialysis experience preferred.
• Strong patient education and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee dialysis delivery and patient care in clinic.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians and students.
• Adjust treatment plans per standing orders.
• Monitor patient outcomes and report variances.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document.
• Participate in quality improvement projects.
