Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in a in-center hemodialysis unit as part of a patient care team.

The schedule is full-time with three 12-hour shifts starting at 5am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts. Occasional travel to Spearfish for temporary coverage. Attractive sign-on bonus, training, comprehensive benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies per standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments following policies.

• Monitor patients and communicate changes to physician/families.
• Administer prescribed medications and chart accurately.
• Follow infection control regulations.
• Participate in rounds, conferences, and chart reviews.
• Support continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory and onboarding new staff.

A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.

Schedule: Full-time, three 12-hour shifts starting at 5am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Occasional travel to our Spearfish location may be required to provide temporary RN coverage.

Compensation: Pay range starts at $36 per hour,depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:

• Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
• Document required patient education efforts
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Lead a small patient care team
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
• Additional tasks as requested
