Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our nonprofit team. You will provide safe, high-quality care in a patient-focused in-center hemodialysis unit, participate in education, and support families.

Training is provided, and you’ll work a 12-hour shift schedule with Sundays off. The role offers paid training, competitive pay between $35 and $47 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.

Schedule: Full-time, three 12-hour shifts starting at 5am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation: Pay ranges from $35-$47 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:

• Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
• Document required patient education efforts
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Lead a small patient care team
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
• Additional tasks as requested

Education/Training:

• Accredited nursing degree required
