Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our in-center hemodialysis team in Yorktown Heights, NY.

You will provide specialized nursing care, support patient education, and collaborate with a dedicated care team to achieve the highest quality outcomes. Responsabilités

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing patient education, training and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis; communicate changes with physician and families.
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
• Document required patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members.

A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI's in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.

Schedule

Full-time, three shifts, 6am-7:50pm; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation

Pay ranges from $42.00-$48.50 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:
