$4,000 Sign‑on Bonus!

Schedule

Part‑time, 20 hours per week, shifts start at 4 am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $37‑$42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience. Plus a $4,000 Sign‑on Bonus!

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect
  • Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
  • Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
  • Document required patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
  • Additional tasks as requested
