Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is hiring a Dialysis Registered Nurse for our in-center hemodialysis units. You will join a patient-care team, provide specialized nursing care, and contribute to high-quality outcomes.

The role offers full-time hours (four 10-hour shifts starting at 5am) with Sundays off; compensation ranges from $34 to $42 per hour depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits and paid training are included.

• Administer and chart prescribed medications.
• Follow infection control regulations.
• Participate in rounds and chart reviews.
• Maintain documentation of patient education.

A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.

Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 5am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation: Pay ranges from $34-$42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect:

• Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
• Document required patient education efforts
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Lead a small patient care team
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
• Additional tasks as requested

Education/Training:

• Accredited nursing degree required
• Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available
