• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences and chart reviews.

• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient-care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff as directed.
• Additional tasks as requested.

Schedule

Compensation

$40–$60 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.
