Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide specialized nursing care in an in-center hemodialysis unit as part of a patient care team.

This full-time position features four 10-hour shifts starting at 5am, Sundays off, and a comprehensive benefits package. DCI covers 12-week paid training with a preceptor and supports ongoing professional growth in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

  • Accredited nursing degree required.
  • Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply.
  • DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and one-on-one skills training.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
  • Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching.
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, communicating changes with physicians and families.
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
  • Document required patient education efforts.
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
  • Lead a small patient care team.
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
  • Additional tasks as requested.

A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.

Schedule : Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 5am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation : Pay ranges from $34-$42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience
