Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting a Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our in-center hemodialysis team in Rio Rancho, NM.

The role involves preparing dialysis machines, performing treatments, and providing ongoing patient education and health coaching. We offer 12-week paid training with a preceptor, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO including holidays, extended sick leave, and retirement plans with employer matching.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families.
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
• Document required patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.

Dialysis Registered Nurse

A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.

Schedule

Full-time, three 12-hour shifts starting at 4:45am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation

Pay ranges from $32-$42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Education/Training

• Accredited nursing degree required
