Job summary

US Renal Care in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our floater pool. You will work under charge supervision to supervise and support Patient Care Technicians and ensure high-quality dialysis care for patients with kidney disease.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, pre/post-treatment assessments, medication administration per orders, and engagement with staffing requirements and ongoing education in a compliant setting.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and patient care.
• Complete and document pre- and post-treatment assessments.
• Monitor patients during treatment and administer medications per physician orders.
• Assist with staffing and participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
