Job summary
Aspirus Medford Hospital in Medford, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team. The RN provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care incorporating evidence-based practice.
Supplemental or .3 FTE, 24 hours every pay period. 8-hour Day/Evening shifts, every 3rd Saturday. Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license required; BLS within 90 days; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on department.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing required.
- Wisconsin RN license active required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
- Deliver evidence-based nursing practices and data collection for quality improvement.
- Support dialysis patients and collaborate with care teams.
