Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a cross-functional team under a Charge Nurse and supervise PCTs in caring for patients with kidney disease through dialysis.

You will perform safe, high-quality dialysis, complete pre/post assessments, review medications monthly, and ensure staffing and compliance with state regulations. If you are dedicated to patient-focused renal care, join our team.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and patient care.
• Document pre/post-treatment assessments.
• Monitor patients during treatment.
• Complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administer medications per physician orders.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to plan care and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Adhere to company policies, state and federal regulations; participate in required meetings and education.
