Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is hiring an Registered Nurse to provide essential care for ESRD patients in our dialysis program. You will build trusting relationships with patients and their families while delivering high-quality care alongside a dedicated team.

Requirements include an RN license in the practicing state, ADN/BSN or Diploma, and current BLS/CPR certification; prior dialysis or critical care experience is a plus. Competitive benefits and a $15K sign-on bonus are offered.

Job Requirements

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families. This position has a 15K Sign on Bonus to qualified nurses.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range:

• $42 - $55/ hour depending on experience and qualifications
