Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality care for patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) in a patient‑centered setting. You will foster strong relationships with patients and families while providing compassionate, evidence‑based nursing across dialysis units.

Requirements include an ADN with option for BSN or equivalent diploma, an active RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification. Dialysis/ICU/ER experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN or a three‑year diploma may substitute for a nursing degree.
• RN license in the state of practice and current BLS/CPR certification.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements; dialysis or ICU experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care to ESRD patients and build strong relationships with patients and families.
• Be on the front line of patient care, ensuring compassionate and comprehensive care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range

• $42- $55 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
