Satellite Healthcare seeks a Staff Nurse to contribute to professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice in a nephrology dialysis setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and lead quality initiatives.

The role requires current RN licensure, 1 year of experience, and dialysis experience per state requirements, with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1 year of registered nurse experience.
• Minimum 3 months (CA & TN) or 6 months (TX) of nephrology/dialysis experience required; in-center and/or acute HD experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure and CPR certification.

Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

One (1) year of registered nurse experience. Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combination of in-center, and/ or acute, hemodialysis required

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent

License/Certification

Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently
