Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse for an on-site 13‑week contract in High Point, NC. The position features a 12-hour day shift with weekend and on-call requirements, and a 3‑day workweek pattern on a rotation that supports patient care in a teaching hospital setting.

Qualified candidates will have dialysis experience, BLS/ACLS/Nihss, and the ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient environment with 2:1 to 3:1 patient ratios and 24/7 telemetry.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in dialysis required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS per resource team requirements.

Responsibilities

• Dialysis RN duties for adult inpatient dialysis patients.
• Collaborate with RN/tech team to ensure patient throughput and safety.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes during dialysis sessions.
• Assist with unit operations and coordination with charge nurse.

Patient Ratios:
