Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations of our Home Therapies program, ensuring high-quality patient care in a compliant environment. You will supervise staff, provide training on dialysis equipment, manage budgets, and drive safety, quality, and patient satisfaction across ESRD home therapies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum one year dialysis experience, including peritoneal therapy, with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, training, and scheduling for home dialysis therapies, ensuring safety and adherence to standards.
• Manage program finances to meet or exceed budgets and performance metrics.
• Supervise patient care from admission to discharge, supporting staff to deliver safe, effective home therapy support for ESRD patients.
• Assess patient and caregiver readiness and environment, training on equipment operation and maintenance.

• Oversee supplies and equipment management, ensuring timely replenishment and tracking.
• Lead quality improvement activities, data entry, regulatory compliance, and staff orientation and education.

Qualifications & Skills
