Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Bangor is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to lead our hemodialysis services within the inpatient rehab setting. You will direct the program, implement safety and care policies, and supervise dialysis staff while partnering with hospital leaders to maintain high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within 1 year, and a preference for CRRN certification, with experience in inpatient dialysis and rehabilitation environments.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required with state registration.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire; CRRN preferred.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• Dialysis nursing experience and inpatient rehabilitation exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following applicable guidelines.
• Direct and organize the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.

• License or Certification:
