Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Bangor is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to direct, organize, and advance our hemodialysis program within the hospital.

The role includes implementing safety policies, supervising dialysis staff, representing the program in management meetings and community outreach, and partnering with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

This is a hands-on leadership position offering meaningful impact in our Bangor community.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• Preferred: CRRN certification.

• License or Certification:
  • Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
  • CPR certification.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
  • One year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
  • Inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts as needed.
