• CPR certification required after training.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and operate hemodialysis machines for patient treatments.
• Obtain and document pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight.
• Evaluate vascular access pre-treatment and cannulate as needed.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis therapy and report changes.
• Enter treatment data accurately in the clinical application.
• Prepare and store lab samples per specifications.
• Assist with patient education and prepare supplies to prevent waste.
