Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis technician to join a clinical team. You will assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitor patients, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the treatment area.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, CCHT/Dialysis experience, and CPR certification. This on-site role involves direct patient care and adherence to CMS/state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must meet CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• Dialysis Experience Required - CCHT Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Monitor patient condition, record vital signs, and report changes to the nurse or supervisor.
• Calculate and adjust treatment parameters under physician orders and state rules.
• Support CQI activities and infection control practices as directed.
