Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to provide direct patient care under RN supervision in our California centers. You will greet patients on the treatment floor and advocate for their needs while communicating with the care team to ensure quality treatment.

Requirements include CCHT certification (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO), CA CHT certification if applicable, and CPR certification. This Full-Time role includes comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Six months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician.
• BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification (per state regulations).
• California Department of Public Health CHT certification (required only for CA locations)
• Current CPR certification

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Be the first team member to meet and greet patients on the treatment floor.

They will be the first team member to meet and greet patients on the treatment floor. Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians at Satellite are compelled to make the patients feel comfortable once they enter our centers and throughout the course of their treatment. The Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician will advocate for patients while they are at the unit, and effectively communicate with other team members any information pertinent to delivering quality care.

Education

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent

Experience

Six (6) months of active hemodialysis patient care experience as a certified hemodialysis technician

License/Certifications

BONENT (CHT)/NNCC (CCHT)/NNCO (CCNT) certification (per state regulations) California Department of Public Health CHT certification (required only for CA locations) Current CPR certification
