Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assess wellbeing at each treatment.
• Assist with vascular access checks and cannulation as directed.
• Record vital signs, weight and treatment data accurately.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines per prescribed orders.
• Monitor patient response and report changes to the nurse.
• Perform safety checks and maintain a clean treatment area.
• Support CQI activities and document treatment details.
