Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required or completed during training.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
• Ability to document treatment data accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis machines under RN supervision.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters.
• Monitor patient condition during dialysis and respond to alarms.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment area.
• Support CQI activities and patient education initiatives.
