Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the treatment area and equipment.
• Record treatment data accurately in the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet.
• Assist with infection control practices and CQI activities.
• Assist in vascular access assessments and cannulation as delegated.
• Prepare lab specimens and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain supplies and restock as needed.
