Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis care support teammate to assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under supervision. You will monitor patients, document treatments, and help maintain a safe and clean environment according to policy.

The role emphasizes infection control, data entry, and teamwork with RNs and other staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and patient care skills.
• Experience with dialysis training is preferred or provided on the job.
• Follows CMS/state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis machines.
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs during treatment.
• Record treatment data and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support infection control practices and CQI activities.
