• Evaluate vascular access for patency and perform cannulation.
• Obtain pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight.
• Initiate dialysis treatment and monitor response to therapy.
• Document treatment parameters and progress notes.
• Report changes to the registered nurse or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
