Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dedicated dialysis healthcare team member to set up and operate hemodialysis machines, monitor patient responses, and ensure safety and cleanliness within the treatment area.

You will participate in education and CQI activities, document all treatment data, and coordinate with nursing staff to optimize patient care. High school diploma and CPR/required certifications must be kept current.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS/state certification requirements must be met.
• CPR certification required upon successful training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients and document vital signs and treatment parameters.
• Evaluate vascular access and assist cannulation as assigned.
• Administer heparin as delegated or per state law.
• Record treatment data and ensure accurate Hemodialysis Treatment Sheets.
