Fresenius Medical Care in Tacoma, WA seeks a dialysis technician to assist with setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and provide safe, effective patient care under RN supervision. You will monitor patients, obtain vital signs, and document treatment parameters accurately, contributing to quality improvement efforts.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CMS/state certification, licensure, and CPR. On-site work with travel between facilities may be involved.

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under supervision.
• Welcome patients, monitor wellbeing, and assess responses during treatment.
• Perform pre/post-treatment vital signs and weight measurements.
• Document treatment parameters accurately on Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet.
• Record lab specimens, ensure infection control practices, and maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in CQI activities and training under supervision.
