Qualifications

• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Welcome patients and check wellbeing since last treatment.
• Monitor vital signs and weight before/during treatment and document.
• Initiate dialysis per orders including QB and QD.
• Evaluate intradialytic problems and intervene as prescribed.
• Document treatment data accurately and timely.
