Fresenius Medical Care in Henderson, NV seeks a Dialysis Technician to support safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will assist in setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, monitor patients, and help maintain a clean patient-care environment.

The role includes patient education on treatment processes, documenting vitals, and coordinating with the care team. Travel between facilities may be required as part of Transitional Care Unit duties.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• CMS/state certification requirements as applicable.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous patient care experience in hospital or related facility preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and document vital signs and treatment parameters.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and follow infection control practices.
• Educate patients on adequacy measures and treatment processes.
• Report changes in patient condition to RN or supervisor.
• Prepare and manage supplies, lab specimens, and documentation.
