Fresenius Medical Care Parsippany is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join the dialysis health care team. Under RN supervision, you will assist with setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitor patient status, record vital signs, and help maintain a safe, clean treatment environment.

The role includes educating patients on adequacy measures, managing vascular access cannulation as delegated, and documenting treatment data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training as required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under supervision.
• Monitor patient status and record vital signs and treatment data.
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment and follow facility policy.
• Educate patients on adequacy measures and monitor patient response to dialysis.
• Support vascular access cannulation and other duties as delegated.
