Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months RN experience.
• Minimum 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis as RN.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for dialysis patients during treatment.
• Document data in the medical record and adjust the care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care, transplant options and treatment modalities.
• Provide safe, effective hemodialysis delivery and respond to emergencies as required.
