Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Four (4) years of clinical RN experience, including two (2) years as a charge nurse.
• Current license or valid permit to practice professional nursing in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and direct patient care operations for an assigned shift.
• Lead and manage department staffing and workload to meet care needs.
• Support departmental goals and strategic plan.
• Promote cost containment and patient advocacy.
• Participate in quality improvement and nursing research.
