Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. The nurse will supervise dialysis care, work hands-on with patients, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a collaborative care environment in our hemodialysis program.

You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, supervise dialysis technicians, monitor treatments, document outcomes, and coordinate with physicians to ensure continuity of care.
