Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and educate patients on renal health and self-care.
• Supervise dialysis technicians, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document interventions.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to ensure continuity of treatment and timely communication.
