Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its Missouri team. The role supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy and training, and collaborates with the hemodialysis healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, monitor treatments, document outcomes, and support a hands-on team approach while adhering to safety and regulatory protocols.

Qualifications

• Direct hemodialysis care experience preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on renal health and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Patient care & education: Provides direct hemodialysis care, assessments, and patient education on renal health.
• Team leadership & supervision: Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Treatment monitoring & adjustment: Monitors patient response and documents outcomes.
• Collaboration & communication: Works with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Documentation & compliance: Maintains EMR accuracy and adheres to safety protocols.
