Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Education: Provides direct hemodialysis care, assesses patients, and educates on renal health and self-care.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: Oversees dialysis technicians, delegates tasks, and ensures clinical standards.
• Treatment Monitoring & Adjustment: Monitors responses, adjusts plans, and documents outcomes.
• Collaboration & Communication: Works with physicians and care teams to coordinate treatment and report results.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintains EMR accuracy, updates care plans, and follows safety protocols.
