Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice nursing.
• Dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care, assess patients, administer meds, and educate on renal health.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians and supervise their performance.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans, documenting outcomes.
