Job summary

Herewith Health seeks an experienced Clinical Dialysis Nurse (RN) to oversee operations and clinical integrity across multiple dialysis clinics in the Modera region. You will lead teams, ensure CMS compliance, and drive quality care while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years dialysis experience; 1 year in supervisor/educator/coordinator role preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS Conditions for Coverage and dialysis compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between Modera clinic locations.
• BSN preferred; Master's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for dialysis operations within assigned clinics, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
• Support patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Conduct audits, monitor outcomes, and implement corrective action plans where needed.
• Mentor and train nursing and technical staff to uphold best practices and company standards.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, clinic managers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and operational performance.
• Oversee implementation of policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new clinic openings, surveys, and compliance readiness.
• Occasionally assist with direct patient care and home dialysis training as needed.
