Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in alignment with policy, procedure, and regulatory standards. You will oversee dialysis technicians, provide hands-on patient care, and ensure high-quality outcomes within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, team leadership, monitoring treatment responses, and accurate documentation to support safe, effective renal therapy in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• RN with dialysis certification preferred.
• Experience supervising dialysis technicians is a plus.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to educate patients on renal health and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Leads dialysis team, delegates tasks, ensures standards.
• Monitors patient response and adjusts treatments as needed.
• Coordinates care with physicians and healthcare team.
• Maintains EMR accuracy and ensures safety protocols.
