The role offers full-time daytime schedules, with evenings and weekends off, and a compensation range of $45–$61 per hour based on nursing and dialysis experience. Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN diploma).
• Two years’ dialysis experience required, with six months’ experience as a charge nurse preferred.
• Current PA RN license and CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom theory training for patient care staff new to dialysis.
• Verify new staff competencies before assigning additional tasks.
• Oversee preceptor program and report progress.
• Educate staff on new and existing clinic policies and procedures.
• Provide instruction to patient care team to correct deficiencies identified during surveys.
