Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Madison, Tennessee is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Educator (RN) to provide initial and ongoing professional training for facility staff. The role is full-time with days and weekends off, aligned to clinic hours in a nonprofit dialysis network.

Candidate must hold a BSN/AA/RN diploma, have dialysis experience, and hold a TN RN license with CPR certification; strong teaching and leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and guidance from corporate clinical team.
• Lead classroom theory training for patient care staff new to dialysis.
• Verify new staff competencies before assigning additional independent tasks.
• Oversee preceptor program and report progress.
• Educate staff on new and existing clinic policies and procedures.
• Provide instruction to patient care team to correct deficiencies identified during surveys.
• Assign and monitor completion of new-hire and annual online education modules.
• Administer annual competency testing of all patient care staff and provide training as needed.
• Audit medical records, infection control and regulatory compliance and develop corrective plans.
• Monitor licensure and certifications for all disciplines.
• Ensure non-certified PCTs test for certification within 12 months of hire.
• Coordinate CPR certification classes.
