Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Educator (RN) to provide initial and ongoing professional training for facility staff.

This full-time role offers eight-hour days, Monday–Friday with evenings and weekends off, and a pay range of $45–$61 per hour based on experience. Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN diploma).
• Two years’ dialysis experience required; six months’ charge-nurse experience preferred.
• Current PA Registered Nurse license is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom theory training for patient care staff new to dialysis.
• Verify new staff competencies before assigning additional independent tasks.
• Oversee preceptor program and report progress.
• Educate staff on new and existing clinic policies and procedures.
• Provide instruction to patient care team to correct deficiencies identified during surveys.
• Assign and monitor completion of new-hire and annual online education modules.
• Administer annual competency testing of all patient care staff and provide remedial training as needed.
• Audit medical records, infection control and regulatory compliance; develop corrective plans.
